1. Information Collection: To facilitate transport seat booking, ticket confirmation, and terminal verification, the app collects your name, contact phone number, CNIC, and selected route preferences.

2. Local SQLite Data Storage: Your booking logs, seat reservation details, and profile data are stored safely and cached offline in your device's SQLite storage using secure Android Room database technologies.

3. Secure Cloud Synchronization: For real-time ticket confirmation and verification at boarding terminals, data is synced using secure Google Firebase database systems. All transfers are encrypted and protected by strict authentication rules.

4. Device Storage Permissions: The app requests storage permissions solely to save and export generated digital boarding passes as JPG files to your device's Pictures gallery.

5. User Control & Deletion: You have full control over your booking records. You can delete booking logs or request account logouts directly from the application's menu. Your data is never shared with third-party advertisers.
